  • When can I move in?

    Call us during regular business hours (M-F 8am-5pm) to start the rental process. Once you have a passcode, you can move in at any time on any day of the week.

  • How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

    We require a 30-day notice.

  • What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

    We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID or passport).

  • Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

    No, we do not require a long-term lease.

  • How do I make a payment?

    You can pay in person during normal business hours, mail a check or money order, or have payments automatically deducted from your credit card, savings or checking account monthly.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards, cash, checks and ACH.

  • Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

    No.

  • How do I know how much storage space I will need?

    You can use the Storage Calculator on our website or call our leasing manager for assistance.

  • Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

    Items that are wet, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables should not be stored. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

  • Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?

    Access is 24/7 once you’ve received your passcode.

  • Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?

    Yes. You are welcome to use our complimentary carts to move in.
